Unfortunately, disputes happen. It could be a consumer issue such as in relation to a problem with a car you have just bought, or a family dispute over a will, or perhaps a business dispute involving a supplier. Disputes come in many shapes and sizes and whether you’re a business or an individual, being involved in a dispute can be extremely stressful, frustrating and disproportionately time consuming.

At Waller Needham & Green we act for both individuals and businesses to provide practical and constructive advice to assist in resolving your dispute as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Many disputes can be resolved without the need to go through the Courts and as such where appropriate we will attempt to deal with your case through negotiation, mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

However, not all matters can be resolved by negotiation and in such circumstances, we will tenaciously pursue your case at Court to achieve the best outcome.
